Welcome to Arizona Traditions, the active adult community in Surprise, Arizona, with an intimate hometown feel.

Our Mission:
To maintain an attractive, safe and secure neighborhood where it is a joy to live; to provide a broad range of activities that adapts to the needs of a changing environment; to assure a fiscally sound and professionally managed homeowners association.

Arizona Traditions has been built in the Arizona golf and country club lifestyle with a blend of the traditional and the contemporary. Work on your golf game, take to the exercise or resort style pool, or hit the tennis or pickleball courts.

At the 24,000 square foot community center, you’ll find a wealth of social opportunities in the fitness center, woodworking shop, stained glass studio, ceramics studio, and sewing and quilting center. Spend time with friends in the sports bar and enjoy the many functions in the ballroom. Enjoy evening breezes and spectacular mountain sunsets by the patio firepit. The expansive 18-hole golf course serves as a beautiful, landscaped centerpiece for the entire community.
